About
I am the creator and founder of Enliven Health and Nutrition. When I was in my twenties I had two toddlers and was doing an excessive amount of traveling, I found myself out of energy, strength, and the joy that I should have been feeling. So began my health journey. It began with eating real food instead of packaged meals, as time passed I continued to research, modify, and perfect my diet. Soon after I wasn’t just looking for ways to get energy but fixes to acne, headaches and other minor health issues. I now had more energy than I needed. I was full of wonder at how much the right diet and targeted nutrition could do for me. It was enlivening and so I decided to help pass on the joy I found in Holistic Nutrition. In early 2019 I graduated from NutraPhoria School of Holistic Health and Nutrition as a Certified Holistic Health Coach. I have joined the Canadian Health Coach Alliance so you, my client, can be sure I meet regulation standards for Health Coaching. I continue to educate myself with the latest information and research. Bringing energy, vigor, and joy back to peoples lives through holistic nutrition has become my mission.

Using a holistic based approach I help people who have lost energy, feel depleted, drained and want to find the spark to enliven each day. I take the time to evaluate the body as a whole and help each person implement strategies to make quality improvements for long lasting heath. In doing this I can help put vigor back into peoples lives and return energy that has been lost.

Get a customized health plan for your unique needs. The health plan is an in depth evaluation and informative write up on what you can do to change your health for the better. The package includes four hours of one on one time so you and I as a team can work through how to implement changes, and move forward from your arduous health issues and energy drains. You will have a health coach in your pocket, walking with you each step of the way to rebuild your energy and refill your cup. |

You have a clear idea of what you need to do and how to do it but it’s just not happening! Or maybe it is but you need more support. This option is for those who need a pocket Coach a little longer before they can fly solo, you gain an additional four hours of support. |

Every person has unique needs and sometimes these choices aren’t quite what you need. Contact me and we can create a package that meets your needs as an individual. We can plan trips to the grocery store, spend time teaching you to cook or maybe you just need a health plan and want to fly solo from there.
